Meet Walter Tay, a Bank Negara Malaysia 2020 Scholar! Besides being a national debater, he also represented Malaysia for JENESYS, a student exchange programme in Japan. He was also the second runner-up for the National ICT Discourse Challenge Trophy and was ranked Top 20 in InvestHack hackathon.

 

As an aspiring economics major, his passion lies in academic writing and weird historical facts. During his free time, you will find him binging anime, watching netflix and documentaries, and engaging in random intellectual discussions.
